Accomodation deposit 20,- €

Cleaning after leaving 10 EUR, or the Tenant will clean by his self

Note: For accommodation can be applied only one discount!

Local city tax

Turist and students: 1,65€ / night
Workers: 0,41€ / night

Tax paid for accommodation for temporary accommodation in the Area of Bratislava according to VZN no. 12/2007. In case the Tennant is doing a worker job the accommodation tax is 0,41€.

Tax pay exclusion:

- blind, helpless person, severely disabled person, including guide and a person receiving a disability pension
- person under 18 and persons older than 70 years,
- students till the age of 26 who are studying the daily form of studium,
- person who is registered for temporary stay in a accommodaton facility
