Vysokoškolské mesto Ľ. Štúra – Mlyny UK (“Mlyny”) is part of the accommodation unit belonging to the Commenius University, which is the oldest, largest and the most prestigious university in Slovakia. It is located in Slavičie Údolie (Bratislava 4 – district of Karlova Ves), area of Mlynská Dolina, neighboring protected regional countryside of Malé Karpaty – Sitina, away from busy traffic routes but still conveniently located by the Bratislava city centre (about 5 min. by car, or 10 min. by public transport – bus).

VM Ľ.Štúra – Mlyny UK is the largest accommodation facility on the territory of former Czechoslovakia. There are approx. 6500 beds, distributed throughout three main buildings called Štúrak, Átriové domky and Manželské internáty, which provide various levels of comfort, based on different price levels. During the academic year (September -June) VM Ľ.Štúra – Mlyny provides accommodation for the students of Commenius University as well as students from other universities, including people of non – student status. During school break (July – August), the accommodation is widely available to everybody, regardless of their status and is offered in various qualitative levels such as, apartment, hostel and lodging house style for unbeatable prices.

Throughout the year we also provide two – bed, upper class, apartment style accommodation, which is including private shower, WC, kitchen, TV and refrigerator.

Many young people from various parts of the world, busy night life, concerts and disco events during summer will guarantee plenty of fun and unforgettable experiences during your stay at the largest student dormitories in Slovakia.
